                                      Dear Brethren, Friends & Devotees

       
          The Aarattu Maholtsava of the Year 2015 of the Devaswom commences from 14th January 2015 with Dwajah Aarohanam extending through long 8 days and comes to Samapthi with Dwajah Avarohanam on the Early Morning of 22nd January 2015 after the Auspicious Grand Aarattu  Festival on  21st Jauary 2015. 
       We extend our Warm Welcome to all Brethren of the Konkana Sonar/Daivajna Brahmin, friends and to all devotees spread all over India to this Grand Gala Festival and for a get together here in Fort-Kochi.


The Day wise Spread of the Festival is will be as shown below:




Day. 1.
At 8am,   2pm    and   9pm   there shall be Planquin Poojah.*
*The Deity Sree Gopalakrishna will be taken in the Palanquin with Nadhaswara Melam and Auspecious Poojahs round the temple and the Priest will perform Poojahs for the devotees.
At 1 pm (Noon) Dwajah-Aarohanam.
In the Evening from 7.30 to 8.30 S’thorthra Manjari (Devotional Musical Concert) by Smt. Thankamani Teacher & Students, Kochi.1


DAY. 2
At 8am,    2pm    and   9pm  there shall be Planquin Poojah.*
In the Evening from 7.30 to 8.30  ‘BHAJANAAMRUDHAM’ BY Balamukundh Bhajanamandali.
DAY.  3
At 8am,   2pm     and    9pm    there shall be Planquin Poojah.*
In the Evening from 7.30 to 8.30 ‘Dhandiya’ by Chaithanya Nrutha Kalalayam, Amaravathy, Kochi.1 under the  Direction of Smt. Leela Vykundanathan, Kochi.1
DAY. 4
At 8am,    2pm  and   9pm    there shall be Planquin Poojah.*
In the Evening from 7.30 to 8.30’ Thiruvathira’ Unique Kerala Group Dance by Palluruthy Thiruvathira Samajam under the Direction of Smt. Ambika Krishnan, Palluruthy.

At Night at 10 pm Airavatha Sribali** Bhaghavan  will  be  enthroned  on  the beautifully carved   

Airavatha  (Mythical Elephant)  Vahana  with  poojas  around  the Temple.


DAY. 5
At 8am,   2pm    and  11pm  there shall be Planquin Poojah.*

From 8.30 pm onwards Dwikvijay _ Along Southern Lanes of the Devaswom.

DAY. 6

At 8am Kazhcha Sribali.***

***Bhaghavan will be taken in Procession Enthroned on the Back of an Elephant round the temple in Grandeur and Valour. Chenda Melam by Utharayan & Party.

At 1 pm (Noon)  Palanquin Poojah.*
Evening 6 to 8 Kazhcha Sribali***
From 8.30 pm Dwikvijay   towards  Northern Lanes of the Devaswom and on return 
At 10pm Shesha Vahana Pooja * Bhaghavan will be taken round on Shesha Vahana.

DAY.   7
At 8am Kazhcha Sribali.***
At 1 pm (Noon)  Palanquin Poojah.*
Evening    from  6 to 8 Kazhcha Sribali***
Evening at 9pm Naayaatt/Pallivetta**** Bhaghavan will be going for hunting on the Aswah Vaahana. Accompanied by Nadaswara Recital by Sri. R Ganesh & Party Pollachy, Tamil nadu



Prabhu Palluruthy Classical Music Concert on the Occasion (9 pm to 11pm) by Sri. V N Ganesh Kaanji Kaamakodi Peettom  Asthana Vidwan accompanied by Voilin- Sri. Satheesh Varma, Ernakulam, Mrudangam-Sri. Balakrishna Kamath, Kochi (a name renowned on Mrudangam) & Ginjra-Sri. Vinod D Mallaya, Kochi-2.
DAY. 8
                                          
At 8am  to 10am Kazhcha Sribali.***
At 12 Noon    Vanchi Yeduppu
At 1 pm     Abhishekham
At 2 pm        Palanquin Pooja *
Evening    from 5.30pm to 8.30 Kazhcha Sribali***
At 10pm Night : The Great  Celestial Garuda Vahana Pooja  Accompanied by Special Nadhaswara Recital.****
Afterf wards continued by Abhyasnanam and Aarattu Bathe of the Bhaghavan at 5.30 AM on 22nd January 2014 followed by Dwajah Avarohanam.
