A WAR WAS WON BUT MISERY REMAINS.

                                                     The Soldier came home

                                                     Spilling all the bullets

                                                     On the enemy at Kargil

                                                     And winning the War

                                                     So honored! So proud!

                                                    His Land was giving him

                                                    A Hero’s welcome.

                                                    Kit and kin rolled tears

                                                    A sigh of sorrow

                                                    Prevailed in the air

                                                   Men supported him down

                                                   His left leg- amputated

                                                   His right eye- removed

And he is in wheel chair.

THE BEATS OF LOVE/ On Valentine Day

 THE BEATS OF LOVE

 A longing
              as to depart
 A thirst
            for being called
An upsurge
           from within
A swing fro-
          lightly to stop
A longing
          to unite in action
A wish
          to be always beside
Some sacrifices
          always with cheer
A swirling
          in unseen bond
A call
          to hear from
A pang
          to be in touch
Is this love!
          hollow or mad!
A reunion
          of some unknown bond
As if sailing
          towards the blue verge
In a feeling
         of soothing spring
Always eager
          to assist each other
A question-
What is going on in there?
A solemn touch
         of misty wind
An adorning
          for each other's mind
In love
         we do care
We care
          those who are near
No destruction
          but only creation
For now
there is no you or me
Only me
           remains
I the soul,
            you the mind
And there is
           the union in between
A search
           to find and locate
Who am I ?
           Who are you ?
Why are we
            here together?
Are we here just
            to cluster and clear?

Solemn Prayers: my prayer

  My Prayers

Oh! Lord
I reach Thee
each day
not to Pray
but to be
before Thee
just the way
I am
with all my sins
with all my blessings
so serene
for I know
Thy vision
so transient.
Yet,there is
a wish
 to serve
those who rely
those who depend
 those strange
in their ways
or else
life will be
without meaning
 and living
just the way
so long a drag
so Thy wish
 if so
chose me
just the way
to be fruitful
in every way.
